Community Service

We stay true to the philosophy of "people helping people," extending our efforts beyond our members to the communities where we live and work. Our Helping Hands program involves team members volunteering at least once each quarter. Employees are also given two additional days off each year to volunteer for causes close to their hearts. Barbara and Vicky Eagle employee spotlight

Barbara McRae: Barbara has been with Eagle since 2002 and manages our File and Mail Room with exceptional dedication. Originally starting as a receptionist in 1998, she transitioned to a full-time role in the mailroom. Barbara enjoys volunteering through our Helping Hands program, finding it both fun and rewarding.

Vicky Conley: Vicky joined Eagle in 2002 and has been a key member of our Member Service Center ever since. Known for her patience and genuine care, Vicky appreciates Eagle's focus on quality over quantity and takes pride in offering personalized service to our members.
